Come Pilarty With Us!

The Nourish Nook has been open for 10 weeks and we want to celebrate with you!  The Nook never had an official opening, so we are having an Open Day this Saturday, 10th November.  Come and join us for complimentary classes all day.  Enjoy discounts on all merchandise and products and feast on some yumminess from Presto Eatery!  Goodie bags are gifted in every class and our Team will be here to answer all your questions.  Please book into classes via our app, The Nourish Nook or through our website.  We still have spots in our Yin Yoga class or Power Flow classes.  We would love to see you there!  If you don’t join us for classes, please come in and say hi and see our space.  We welcome everyone!
