PIC_3234Do you have a breakfast that you simply love?  One that you make probably every week?  Or more?  This one is one of mine.  Some of the ingredients are seasonal, however when these fruits are in season, it’s my go-to breakfast!  It’s inspired by James Duigan’s recipe from his Clean and Lean for Life cookbook.  It’s super easy and deliciously healthy.  Simply buy your bread of choice.  I use a gluten-free spelt loaf.  Toast the bread to your liking, and top with natural yoghurt, quartered figs, sliced avocado, raspberries and pistachios.  You can always experiment with different toppings.  It’s such a scrummy start to your day! xx
