I absolutely love Asian flavours in cooking.  Especially salads.  They’re super fresh and light.  This salad I made recently was a ripper!  Simply cook any sort of Asian noodles to packet instructions.  Chop up some red capsicum, yellow capsicum, spring onions, cucumber, red onion and carrot into small pieces.  Enough to pop onto your noodles for a serving.  Make a dressing of fresh lime juice, lemon juice, freshly grated ginger, 2 teaspoons of fish sauce and half a teaspoon of sesame oil.  Mix together and pour over your salad. Feel free to mix in some chopped coriander if you enjoy the is herb.  It’s not everyone’s cup of tea! Top with black sesame seeds.  This is a super yummy salad that is quick, easy and delicious!  It makes a great lunch or pop some freshly grilled fish or chicken on top for a lighter dinner option xx
