Welcome to The Nourish Nook Meal Plans!
We have collaborated with Phebe Stehbens of Fresh Naturopathy to offer you and your amazing body the best possible nourishment for your body, mind and soul to perform at its’ absolute best. These Meal Plans include nutritional information, your shopping list, your weekly plans and recipes. There are 4 to choose from – Plant-Based/Vegan, Dairy-Free, Pescatarian and All Rounder. Why 2 weeks? Here are some helpful reasons why:
- After two weeks you will know what you enjoy and what you could like more, cooking preferences, time you have set aside and allowed for food prep, which has hopefully started to be integrated in your lifestyle etc.
- Helps to create healthy long term habits.
- Taste bud lifecycle is between 10 days to 14 days.
- Sugar cravings will, most likely, be gone and your blood sugar modulated
- You can start to heal your gut in two weeks, (unless it’s damaged – if this meal plan is a big dietary change then you will need longer).
- Decreased fluid retention in 2 weeks.
